Alkaline Water and Diabetes

Hello and welcome to my book about Alkaline Water and Diabetes. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes December 20, 2022. It was a shock. However, a shock can be a great motivator to action and change.I started making lifestyle changes that would bring me to my goal of being free of medication. These are documented in my book Prevent and Reverse Naturally Type 2 Diabetes.By In November 2023, my doctor said I could stop taking Metformin, my Diabetes medication. My goal of being medication free had been achieved. However, there is a lot remaining to be done. What has to be done you may ask?Well, I have to remain medication free. This was my new goal starting in November 2023. It remains my goal. As of May 2024, I am still medication free. The lifestyle changes continue, there will be additions and refinements and that is this book speaks to one of these. Alkaline Water is the greatest refinement and will stay with me for the rest of my life.The Lifestyle changes include all types of food and drink consumption, combined with fitness and activity. Thanks to some wonderful advice and help, I am adding Alkaline water to my Lifestyle changes and leveraging this new tool to refine and update my hydration, food preparation and hygiene.I am taking a holistic approach to Alkaline water. I use it in every application where tap or bottled water used to be. For example, using it to drink, wash produce, meat, fish and to make coffee or tea, personal hygiene, and cleaning.There have been a number of studies and information sources linking Alkaline water to better, and improved health overall not just for Diabetes.I will lead you on an information path that speaks to what Diabetes is, what Alkaline Water is, and why Alkaline Water is important for general overall health, beauty, and with special attention for a Diabetic.
