We can no longer allow herbal medicine to continue on its old path in the form of folk medicine, and the world needs academic knowledge about herbal medicine, starting from the timing and method of harvesting the herb, passing through storage methods, methods of use, and the parts used from the herb (flowers - seeds - roots - leaves - entire herb - bark) and the medicinal forms of medicinal herbs down to the chemical composition of the herbs and the active substances in them and the permissible doses, in addition to noting the toxicity of some herbs as we address contraindications and side effects of use as we guarantee The international classification of herbs is based on the botanical name because the popular names of the herbs are numerous. . . This situation drove me, many years ago, to undertake the arduous task of creating this comprehensive reference, which took me six years to complete. It has relied on both Eastern and Western studies and keeping abreast of ongoing research and new discoveries in the field of herbal medicine, particularly in the search for cures for incurable diseases. From the very beginning, I decided to use the universal botanical label as a standard reference for identifying any herb. This reference aims to be the seed of an academic and scientific foundation from which we can build and improve over time, leaving future generations with a solid foundation to further develop this unique field of knowledge – a field that is useful for health sciences when used correctly, but can be dangerous when abused. The result of this effort is a four-volume encyclopedia, comprising more than 1,500 pages. It includes botanical descriptions, scientific names, habitat, origin, chemical composition, medicinal uses, dosages, contraindications, and most importantly, the toxicity of each plant, along with color images of each herb. This scientific reference will serve as a reliable resource for doctors, pharmacists, practitioners, herbalists and pharmacists, providing them with accurate and reliable information about medicinal herbs. In addition to a final classification in the fourth part of the encyclopedia about the groups of herbs that affect the body's systems (herbs with a heart effect - antihypertensives - pressure lifters - regulators - vasodilators ... etc) herbs with renal and urinary effect - herbs with an effect on the endocrine glands - herbs with respiratory effect .. etcHence we explore how to make an herbal mixture for a specific disease to give the best results.
